The night will be hosted by Barbera Sandrone, owner of the legendary Sandrone Winery in Piedmont, Italy, and will feature the exceptional wines of the Sandrone estate. Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with four unique courses crafted by our Executive Chef Wayne Schumaker. The menu showcases his distinctive Butcher & Rose interpretation of classic Italian cuisine, blending tradition with modern creativity.
